In 2008:  Anchor of the Wolfpack defensive line, he missed three contests in the first half of the season after undergoing knee surgery ... Came back for the Florida State contest and played 51 snaps ... Made the game-saving tackle in the win over Wake Forest - with the Deacons facing 4th-and-6 on the State 25, he chased down QB Riley Skinner for a sack as time ran out ... Tallied 5.5 tackles for loss in the last five games ... Ranked second on the team in sacks with 3.5 ... A 2009 preseason second-team All-ACC choice according to Athlon Sports and a third-team choice by Phil Steele's College Football Preview ... Missed most of 2009 spring drills with a knee injury.

In 2007:  Led the defensive line in tackles with 50 ... In for 560 snaps for the season, he tallied a high of seven tackles at Florida State ... Had a trio of quarterback pressures in the wins over Virginia and North Carolina, he also had a sack in each of those games ... Intercepted a pass versus Louisville.

In 2006:  Played in all but one game as a backup at defensive tackle, he started the last game of the season against East Carolina.

In 2005:  Redshirted the season at defensive tackle ... Named the Defensive Scout Team Player of the Year.
