As a Junior (2007-08)
The Pack’s starting center in the ACC Tournament against Miami, he logged 20 minutes ... Came of the bench for the first time in 11 games in the home loss to Duke, he started the previous 10 at power forward ... Scored a season-best 19 points, including 7-of-11 from the field, in the home loss to Duke ... That game marked the first time he led the Pack in scoring ... Pulled down a season-high 12 rebounds at Virginia ... Won the first Wake Forest game for the Pack with a left-handed dunk off of a missed shot as time expired ... Scored 11 points in the win over the Demon Deacons, his first double-figure scoring outing in nine games ... In for a season-high 34 minutes at Florida State ... Scored a season-high 12 points versus Western Carolina, even though he played just 16 minutes ... Pulled down nine rebounds against NC Central ... Scored seven points and pulled down eight rebounds while coming off the bench versus South Carolina State ... Was held scoreless at No. 10 Michigan State, the only time in the last 49 games ... Named to the All-ACC Academic Team for the third straight year.

As a Sophomore (2006-07)
An All-ACC honorable mention performer ... Named to the All-ACC Tournament second team as well ... Finished 15th in the ACC in scoring (14.4), and his 6.9 rebounds per contest ranked ninth ... Ranked second in the league in field goal percentage at .584 ... That was tthe highest mark for a Wolfpack player since 1992 and is the second-highest single season mark in the school record books ... Shot under 50 percent just eight times in 36 games ... Increased his scoring from his freshman campaign by 12.3 points, the second-largest such increase in the ACC ... Scored 20 or more points in six games ... Finished second on the team with 115 assists on the season ... The only Wolfpack player to start all 36 games ... His 36 starts ties the school record for most in a season ... His 1,234 minutes played ranks as the third-most in a single season at NC State ... Finished fifth in the ACC with 34.53 minutes per game ... Played all 45 minutes of the overtime win over UNCG ... Posted a double-double in two of the Pack’s three NIT games ... Was dominant inside in the win over Drexel in the first round of the NIT, turning in his fifth double-double of the season with 16 points and a dozen boards ... Followed that with a 19 points, 10 rebound performance against Marist in the NIT - his sixth double-double of the year ... Shot .667 (20-30) from the field in the ACC Tournament ... Posted a double-double in the ACC tournament overtime win over Duke (15 points, 10 boards) ... Scored 16 points and added seven assists, with just one turnover, in the home win over Virginia Tech ... Pulled down a career-high 13 rebounds against Maryland. He had eight offensive boards, ranking as the ninth-best total in school history in a single game ... Hit 10-14 shots for a game-high 20 points in the win at Virginia Tech (Jan. 31) while playing the entire 40 minutes ... The hit all six of his shots and finished with 17 points in the upset of No. 3 North Carolina ... Dished out eight assists to zero TOs in the win over UNC Grennsboro and had eight more dishes against Clemson ... Recorded his first career double-double with 20 points and a 10 rebounds against East Carolina ... Had another double-double two games later with 26 and 10 against UNCG ... Hit 11-of-15 shots for 24 points in the loss to then-No. 10 Alabama ... Led the team in scoring with 19 in the win over Michigan in the ACC/Big Ten Challenge ... Hit 9-18 from the field and pulled down eight rebounds ... Tallied a career-high five steals in the win over Savannah State ... Named to the Academic All-ACC squad for the second straight year ... Served as a counselor at the adidas Basketball Experience in New Orleans in early August 2007.

As a Freshman (2005-06)
Named to the Academic All-ACC squad ... In for 15 minutes in the loss to UNC, his highest tally against an ACC team this season ... Posted his second double-figure scoring output of the season in the win over Appalachian State, he hit four of his five field goal attempts in just 13 minutes, including a three-pointer ... Played key minutes at the end of the first half in the win at No. 18 Boston College, he was in for six minutes and helped contain the Eagles’ highly-touted post players while the Pack’s older post guys were sitting out with foul trouble ... Posted a GPA over 3.0 for the fall semester to earn Academic Honor Roll mention.

In High School
Scored a school record 2,284 career points, becoming only the 20th player in the history of the Western Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic League (WPIAL) to reach the 2,000-point total ... Finished his career as the eighth leading scorer in WPIAL history ... Played at Yough High School ... Averaged 28.8 points and 16.5 rebounds as a senior ... Was the Pittsburgh Post Gazette’s Player of the Year as a senior ... Also named to the Pittsburgh Post Gazette’s Fabulous 5 team as both a junior and senior ... Averaged 26.6 points, 14.5 rebounds and 3.5 blocks as a junior ... Named first-team all-state as a junior ... Had a game-high of 49 points as a junior ... Averaged 23.0 points as a sophomore ... Played on the Pittsburgh Jolts AAU team ... Rated No. 92 nationally by Rivals.com, as well as the No. 22 power forward ... Also rated No. 98 nationally by Scout.com.
