Kent, Ohio – The NC State volleyball team fell to Murray State, 3-0, on Saturday, Sept. 9, in its second match at the Kent State University Invitational in Kent, Ohio. The Pack lost the first game (30-28), before falling in the second (30-23) and the third (30-17). Jessica Williams led the red and white with 10 digs, three service aces and eight kills. With the loss, NC State falls to 2-6 on the season, while Murray State improves to 4-1.
NC State will play one more match tonight, Saturday, Sept. 9, battling the Kent State Golden Flashes at 7:30 p.m.
