Fall 2008: Finished the fall season ranked No. 1 nationally with a stroke average of 69.4 ... Had four rounds under 70, and five of his eight rounds were under par overall ... Won his second career tournament, bringing home medalist honors at the Hawks Invitational ... Shot rounds of 66 and then 65 to finish at 13-under (131) and won by nine strokes ... The round of 65 is a personal-best, and the second-lowest round in NC State history ... Placed fourth at the Maryland Intercollegiate at five-under (137) for the two rounds ... Had a 69 in the first round, and a 68 in the final round ... Was two-over (218) for 14th at Bank of Tennessee.

2007-08: Led the Pack with a stroke average of 71.4 while competing in all 11 tournaments ... Earned PING All-America honors, PING All-Regional honors, and All-ACC honors ... Won one tournament, finished in the top-10 five times, and had seven top-20 showings ... Led the Pack with 13 rounds under par and tied for tops with four even-par rounds ... Finished six tournaments under par ... Became the first freshman since 1996 to win a tournament, when he took medalist honors at Hootie at Bulls Bay ... Finished at nine-under (204) for the tournament, winning by two strokes ... He had rounds of 71-67-66 ... Also had top-five showings at the Navy Fall Invite (one-under, 141) and River Landing Intercollegiate (one-under, 215) ... Finished 10th at Puerto Rico at three-under (213) ... Had a final round of 68 ... Was the Pack’s top finisher at both the ACC Championships and the NCAA Regionals ...
