Raleigh, North Carolina will be center stage as the 2008 NCAA Division I Men's Basketball Championship first- and second round games are played on March 21 and 23, 2008 at the RBC Center. North Carolina State University will play host as eight of the nation's top teams compete for the right to advance in the NCAA Tournament, with winners headed to the regional round with sites set on the 2008 Men's Final Four in San Antonio.
