Sarah Hudson is currently in her first year as an intern strength and conditioning coach for NC State. Sarah has recently completed her masters in exercise science-human performance with an emphasis in strength and conditioning from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse (Aug '12).
While at UWL, Sarah worked as a graduate intern with the sports performance staff where she worked primarily with gymnastics, wrestling, tennis, swimming and diving, track and field, basketball, and softball.
She received her B.S. in biology (pre med) with a minor in coaching from Wisconsin Lutheran College in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where she competed in basketball for three years and in track & field as a thrower for four years.
Sarah is a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and USA Weightlifting (USAW) as well as a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) and a USAW Level 1 Sports Performance coach.
