In our most recent GOPACK.com fan's poll, which asked you to choose the Pack's greatest individual performance in a single game, a majority of the voters recognized Christy's famed 1957 performance against South Carolina.
On that November afternoon in Columbia, S.C., Christy scored all of NC State's points, including a decisive 46-yard field goal as time expired, in the Wolfpack's 29-26 victory over the Gamecocks.
In our GOPACK.com fan's poll, Christy's masterpiece received 50.3% of the votes. The second most popular performance in our poll was turned in by former All-America receiver Torry Holt, who grabbed five touchdown passes at Florida State in 1997.
Running back Ted Brown's 251-yard rushing performance against Penn State in 1977-finished 3rd in the poll, followed by quarterback Shane Montgomery's 535-yard passing explosion at Duke in 1989.
