Pack Men's Basketball Announces Spain Summer Trip

RALEIGH, N.C. – This August the NC State men’s basketball team will participate in a 10-day cultural and athletic trip to Spain. The Wolfpack will experience the sights and sounds of Madrid and the Canary Islands, while playing five exhibition games against European professional and club teams. The team will depart from Charlotte for Madrid on Aug. 5 and return on Aug. 15.
NC State fans are encouraged to accompany the Pack on this trip abroad. The travel itinerary includes a five-day stay (Aug. 6-10) in Madrid, which includes four-star hotel accommodations for four nights and a sightseeing tour.
From Aug. 10-14, the scene shifts locales from Madrid to the scenic Canary Islands, where lodging will be provided by one of Europe’s top resorts, the Lopesan Costa Meloneras Resort & Spa. Members of the travel party can experience beach and water activities, golf, shopping and enjoy local restaurants.
The travel party will enjoy one final night in Madrid before returning to Charlotte on Aug. 15.
All travel packages include tickets to NC State’s five exhibition contests.
Travel packages begin at $5,395 per person for double occupancy and $6,850 per person for single occupancy. These prices are not guaranteed after the May 1 priority registration deadline.
All flights and accommodations with NC State men's basketball will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations will be accepted as long as space permits, but flight and hotel arrangements may be separate from the team. A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm each reservation.
