
Wolfpack Women Jump Back Into Top 10 Of National Poll

The team moved up five spots
RALEIGH- The NC State women's swimming and diving team jumped five spots in the CSCAA polls, released Tuesday morning, as the Wolfpack women sit at No. 10 in the final national poll of the season.
As the team heads into the ACC Championships Wednesday, NC State is the second-ranked team in the conference among the polls. Virginia moved up to No. 5, while UNC-Chapel Hill slid up one spot to 15th and Louisville fell to 17th.Â
The Pack finished the season with a 9-2 (2-1 ACC) record with conference wins over Florida State and UNC. Its loss came from a tight matchup with Virginia (154.5-145.5) in its final meet of the regular season.
The ACC Women's Swimming and Diving Championships will run Wednesday through Saturday inside Greensboro Coliseum in Greensboro, N.C. Extensive coverage will be provided on ESPN3 the final three days of the championship from 6-8 p.m.
