RALEIGH, N.C. - The newest episode the #PackMentality Pop-Ins Podcast puts Pat Popolizio in the comfy chair in the boardroom to talk with host Brian Reinhardt about the past few weekends of competition and Thursday's home dual against Old Dominion in Reynolds Coliseum.

Coach Popolizo talks about training phases and coming off the Thanksgiving break. There's also a perspective on how a sport so focused on weight control and how athletes can deal with all the food.

We'll also chat about the focus and preparation for dual meets considering the Pack has won 42 of its past 45 duals. Popolizio will go weight-by-weight for a preview of the dual with ODU.
