NC State Athletics Announces Bobblehead Giveaway at Upcoming Baseball Games

RALEIGH, N.C. – NC State Athletics Marketing has announced a bobblehead giveaway at a pair of upcoming baseball games. Carlos Rodon bobbleheads will be given away at the Delaware game on Friday, May 5 at 6:30 p.m. at Doak Field, while Trea Turner bobbleheads will be handed out at the UNCW game on Wednesday, May 10 at 6 p.m.

The first 450 fans inside the gates will be handed a voucher to receive the bobblehead at the conclusion of the game. Only one voucher will be given per person. Voucher distribution at the main gates and student gate will begin at 5:30 p.m. on Friday, May 5 (Carlos Rodon bobblehead) and at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, May 10 (Trea Turner bobblehead).

Fans must be present after the game with the voucher to receive the bobblehead.

Both are former Wolfpack All-Americans selected in the first round of the 2014 Major League Baseball (MLB) Draft. Rodon was taken by the Chicago White Sox with the third overall pick and Turner was selected by the San Diego Padres at No. 13 before being traded to the Washington Nationals, where he is the club's starting shortstop.
