Carter-Finley Stadium Patrons Can Expect Enhancements for 2017 Season

RALEIGH, N.C. - Getting to and from NC State's home games this season will be much easier, thanks to a new collaboration with Waze. That is one of several initiatives to help make every fan's visit to the Wolfpack's home a fantastic experience in 2017.

Here's a look at some of the game day initiatives for the 2017 season:


	Waze App NC State Athletics has collaborated with Waze to make your trip to and from Wolfpack football games as easy as possible. Download Waze for free at www.waze.com for iOS and Android and see real-time traffic, find optimal routes, avoid game-related road closures and more. Improved Verizon In-Stadium Coverage Just like the improvements recently made for AT&T carriers, Verizon will now have boosted cell service in and around Carter-Finley Stadium thanks to a DAS (distributed antenna system).

	Carter-Finley WeatherSTEM Before you head to Carter-Finley Stadium, you can get the most accurate weather thanks to the new WeatherSTEM installed this summer. The WeatherSTEM is an integration of weather sensors which gathers data and offers a dynamic display of the data that showcases the current weather and weather forecasts. Wolfpack Express Be on the lookout for Wolfpack Express stops throughout select parking lots for assistance to and from the stadium. The Wolfpack Express will drop fans off at Gate 11 pregame, then will be back at Gate 11 following the game for assistance back to the designated stops. The stops can be found near the Westchase lots, Practice Field lot, Trinity and TX lots, the Close-King Indoor Practice Facility lot and the Stadium West lot. 	Tuffy's Paw Patrol NC State is looking for volunteers who love Wolfpack Athletics to volunteer as a member of Tuffy's Paw Patrol. Volunteers will be tasked with assisting the athletic department by helping to provide excellent customer service and assisting in other operations roles at home events. In addition to Wolfpack athletic contests, NC State hosts ACC and NCAA championships as well as other outside events such as the Rolling Stones and Beyonce concerts where Tuffy's Paw Patrol will be utilized. Ticket Transfers This year, season ticket holders will be able to transfer their season tickets to friends and family free of charge in addition to the continuation of the Backing America's Pack Program. Join Wolfpack Athletics in honoring our service men and women by donating your unused sporting event tickets to Vet Tix through your online account. All home Wolfpack Athletics event tickets purchased may be donated up to 4 days prior to the event by logging in to your account. Click HERE for more information.

	New Dail Club Seats On the first floor of Vaughn Towers, 1,002 new seats have been installed in the outdoor portion of the Curtis and Jacqueline Dail Club.

Red & White for Life Game The 2^nd Annual Red and White for Life game presented by National Coatings will be September 16 against Furman! Click HERE to check your section number to see if you should wear red or white. Season Ticket Holders can check their tickets to see which color to wear on game day.

	Wolfpack Celebration Buttons Are you celebrating your birthday with the Wolfpack or someone in your party attending a Wolfpack game for the first time? Click HERE to sign up to pick up a Wolfpack Celebration button at the Customer Service Booth at Gate 4 during the selected football game. Upon arrival to the game, the button will be ready for you.

Wolfpack Moments Mr. and Ms. Wuf want to surprise selected fans during football games. They have given the Athletics Marketing staff concessions vouchers, sideline passes, prizes and more to give out each game. Make sure you are cheering loud and proud for the Red and White every game for your chance to win!

	Commemorative Cups Throughout the 2017 season, fans can collect three different stadium cups at concession locations. There will be three cups to collect, each featuring a pair of current #PackPros. A 22 oz. version will be available on the general concourse, while a 16 oz. version will be available in Vaughn Towers.

Clear Bag Policy To provide a safer environment for all guests, NC State will continue to have a clear bag policy for the 2017 season. The following items are permitted into Carter-Finley Stadium, but will be inspected at bag check locations prior to entry: • Any clear plastic, vinyl or PVC bag no larger than 12"x 6"x 12" • Any clear plastic bag, 1 gallon or smaller • Small purses or clutch bags no larger than 6.5"x 4.5" (Approximately the size of your hand) • An exception will be made for medically necessary items and diaper bags when accompanied by infants.
