Carolina Ale House would like to help you celebrate your birthday by displaying your name on the jumbotron at the at next NC State football/basketball game.

Please complete the registration information below, hit submit and not only will we give you a "shout out" at the next game, you'll also qualify to receive a Pack of Fried Pickleson your next trip to the Carolina Ale House.

Registration is Free all Wolfpack events. All birthdays will be listed at the same time during a specified timeout and consist of the persons name only (All football birthdays will be listed on the video board during the 1st Timeout of the 2nd Quarter). Due to the high number of requests, specific messages and ages cannot be included.

If you would like to have a video board birthday wish made at an NC State event please fill out the below form AT LEAST 72 HOURS PRIOR TO THE EVENT. (Due to in-game events scheduling, no exceptions will be made to this policy)

Due to in-game time restrictions, there is a $500 charge for all other types of announcements, including anniversary and marriage proposals. Please contact the NC State Marketing Department at 919-865-1433 for more information of if you would like to have a birthday announced at a sport other than football or M/W basketball.
