EDUCATION:

Earned a B.A. in law enforcement and justice administration from Western Illinois in 2004, and a M.S. degree in RPTA from Western Illinois in 2010.

Born in Chicago on June 12, 1979. He and his wife Lindsey have a daughter, Anya (1).

PLAYING EXPERIENCE:

College - Began his collegiate career playing quarterback at Northern Illinois, then transferred to Western Illinois where he played quarterback and wide receiver for the Leathernecks in 2000 and 2001. At Northern Illinois, completed 109-of- 259 passes for 1,327 yards in 10 starts over three seasons. At WIU, he set the school record for catches (14) and receiving yards (286) in a game versus Indiana State in 2001. He ranks fourth on the WIU single-season list for yards with 1,041 and is 10th in single season catches with 55; Professional - Played six seasons in the NFL, with the Cleveland Browns (2002-06) and with the N.Y Jets (2007). Caught 40 passes for 490 yards with the Browns.
