Name: Sarah Quinn
Place of Birth: Boca Raton, Florida
Major at NC State: Human Biology
Why you chose to attend NC State: Since I started cheering I always dreamed of cheering in college, and the cheer program at NCSU is one of the best in the nation!
Why you chose to be a part of the Cheer program/family at NC State: Not only do we have one of the top programs in the nation skill-wise, but the classy and collegiate reputation that our program has throughout the cheerleading industry is one that I am blessed to be part of.
Favorite memory as a cheerleader at NC State: Nationals in Daytona, hands down. There's no way to understand how amazing it is for somebody who hasn't been, but there is absolutely nothing like it and I cannot wait for Daytona 2011!!!
Favorite hobby outside of NC State Cheer: When I'm not cheering at NC State, I work for CHEERSPORT teaching camps, doing choreography for allstar gyms and high schools, and working/judging our Grand Championships and Nationals.
What you like the most about cheering at NC State: My favorite thing about cheering at NC State is the love that the fans have for the Wolfpack. I love seeing people's reaction when they find out that I cheer for NCS tate and seeing all the fans tailgating and having fun at all the games. Cheering along side all of my best friends isn't too bad either!
What you hope to accomplish here as a student and an athlete when you have graduated: After graduation I hope to go to Medical School at University of Florida and become either a cardio-thoracic or orthopedic surgeon. As an athlete, I hope to have a National title and the ring to go with it!
