    2011-12: Posted two all-time top-10 marks in his debut season at NC State ... Swam the fourth-best time in the 400 individual medley with a 3:54.12, the top mark on the team during the season ... Finished 15th in that event at the ACC Championships ... Also finished 15th in the 1,650 freestyle ... Posted the fifth-fastest time in school history in the 200 backstroke in 1:45.86 ... Both times were NCAA "B" cuts ... Qualified for the US Olympic Trials in the 200 backstroke.
