    Final Stats

    COLLEGE PARK, MD. - The NC State men's and women's swim teams concluded the second day of competition at the Terp Cup at the University of Maryland. The No. 19 Wolfpack men are in second place after 28 events, while the women are in third.

    Michael Camper (3:58.24), Kohl Hurdle (4:00.83) and Greg Baskwell (4:02.44) took second, third and fourth in the 400 individual medley. Andrew Tollefson (4:10.59) and Jimmy Ross (4:12.71) took seventh and eighth. Camper's time of 3:56.61 in the preliminaries was good for the ninth-best all-time mark at NC State.

    Barrett Miesfeld won the 100 butterfly in a time of 47.98, good for an NCAA B standard. John Newell (50.62), Sean Reams (51.17), Gaites Brown (51.41), Gerard Woody (51.56), Steven Coetzer (51.83) and Conor Brennan (52.22) also swam in the finals.

    Jonathan Boffa won the 200 freestyle event in a time of 1:36.92. This time makes him the second fastest performer in school history, and is an NCAA B cut. David Williams took third in 1:39.64, Matt Thomas was fifth (1:40.38), Brandon Kingston was sixth (1:40.62), and Tyler Early was seventh (1:41.33).

    Ian Bishop took second in the 100 breaststroke in a time of 56.47.

    Ivan Kopas placed third in the 100 backstroke in a time of 50.33. Camper took sixth (50.92) while Coetzer was eighth (53.16).

    The men's 800-freestyle relay hit an NCAA B cut with a time of 6:38.25, good for first place.

    Kelsey Liu (4:25.83), Katelyn Linker (4:28.32) and Kayla Grim (4:30.86) competed in the finals of the 400 individual medley. Liu swam a 4:23.58 in the preliminaries, good for the eighth-best all-time mark in school history.

    Zina Grogg took fifth in the 100 butterfly in a time of 55.71, while Katelyn Linker (57.58) and Maggie McEnerney (58.79) also competed.

    Julianna Prim placed third in the 200 freestyle in a time of 1:49.77, while Hannah Freyman took fourth in 1:50.07. Miffy Henley (1:51.33), Shelby Hoyt (1:53.51), Kayla Grim (1:53.78) and Erica Waters (1:56.40) also competed.

    The final day of the Terp Cup will begin tomorrow at 10 a.m.
