    Volunteer Coach

    John Crews is in his first season as a volunteer coach after a succesful NC State cross country and track and field career. In track and field, Crews won the 2008 ACC Indoor Championship in the 5,000m and was a three-time All-ACC selection. He graduated with NC State top-10 all-time marks in the 3,000m and the 10,000m.

    One of the most successful recent student-athletes in the classroom, Crews won a prestigious NCAA Postgraduate Scholarship in 2007.

    Crews is originally from Glasgow, Virginia and graduated in with a degree in mechanical engineering.
