CLEMSON, S.C. - Alexis Perry, Tremanisha Taylor and Paisley Simmons each earned bronze medals, in addition to All-ACC honors, for the NC State track and field team on the final day of the 2014 ACC Indoor Championship.
Perry, who had already laid claim to a bronze medal in the women's long jump on Friday, took home another on Saturday with a third-place finish in the 60m hurdles, finishing the course in 8.38.
Taylor, the school-record holder in the women's indoor shot put, medaled after a throw of 54'4.50" (16.57m). Taylor and UNC's Sarah Howard finished the event with the same result, but Howard took home the silver medal by throwing a greater distance on an earlier attempt. Taylor now adds a second All-ACC indoor honor to her ledger to become a four-time All-ACC performer in both the indoor and outdoor shot put.
