    Hill Selected to Compete in 106th Millrose Games

    NEW YORK - NC State redshirt senior Ryan Hill received an invitation to compete in the 2-mile race at the 106th Millrose Games on Feb. 16, 2013, as announced Wednesday by The Armory Foundation. The annual event features some of the country's finest track & field athletes.

    Hill, a five-time All-America selection in three seasons at NC State, and the American collegiate record-holder in the 3,000m event. The Hickory, N.C., native will join eight-time Wanamaker Mile champion Bernard Lagat, who set the American indoor record in the race with a time of 13:11.44 in last year's event. 

    Multiple 2012 NCAA Champion and Olympic Finalist, Cam Levins, as well as three-time NCAA champion and current University of Arizona standout Lawi Lalang will complete the competitors in the event.
