    Finished 16th overall (29:39.5) at the NCAA Championships in Louisville, Ky., on the 10K course to earn All-America honors
    Finished third overall (29:39.68) at the NCAA Southeast Regional in Charlotte, N.C., to earn All-Region recognition
    Made his season debut with a third place finish (23:43.6) in the 8K race at the ACC Championships in Blacksburg, Va., receiving All-ACC honors

    • Ran a season-best time of 13:49.61 at the Payton Jordan Invitational in that event

    Made his season debut at the ACC Championships Oct. 29 at the Musser Fruit Research Center at Clemson, S.C., and ran the 8k course in 23:09.2 to finish second to teammate Ryan Hill
    Followed up his runner-up finish at the ACC with a fourth-place finish at the NCAA Southeast Regional, earning all-regional honors by running the 10k course in 29:59.5
    Earned All-America by finishing 15th at the NCAA Championships, burning up the 10k course in a time of 29:40.0

    2011 Outdoor Track
    • Ran a collegiate-best time of 13:44.79 in the 5,000m during the outdoor season
    • Finished sixth at the ACC Outdoor Championships in the 5,000m
    • Placed 17th at the NCAA Championships to earn honorable mention All-America honors in the 5,000m

    2010-11 Indoor Track
    • Earned All-ACC honors in both the 3,000m and 5,000m at the ACC Indoor Championships
    •Finished second in the 5,000m and third in the 3,000m

    Finished third at the Wolfpack Invitational in a time of 15:12
    Placed seventh at the Roy Griak Invitational, running the 8k course in a time of 24:25

    Finished 16th at the NCAA Pre-Nationals in a time of 24:06

    Was NC State's No. 1 runner at the ACC Championships and the NCAA Southeast Regional, placing ninth and sixth, respectively
