• Completed the 10K course the NCAA Championships in Louisville, Ky., 142nd overall with a time of 31:03.5
• Recorded a 45th place (25:06.9) finish at the ACC Championships in Blacksburg, Va.
• Notched a 50th place (24:32) finish at the Notre Dame Invitational (8K)
• Finished second overall (14:58.4) in his season debut at the Adidas Invitational in Cary, N.C.

2012 Outdoor Track
• Placed second in the 3,000m steeplechase at the ACC Championships to earn his first All-ACC accolades
• Ran a season-best time of 8:56.46 to qualify for the NCAA East Regional meet
• Lowered his collegiate-best time in the 1,500m to 3:47.24

2011-12 Indoor Track
• Ran a collegiate-best time of 4:04.33 in the mile
• Placed eighth in that event at the ACC Championships
• Posted a collegiate-best time of 8:11.71 in the 3,000m

2011 Cross Country
• Finished fifth on Sept. 16 at the adidas Cross Country Invitational
• Ran a strong 37th on Sept. 24 at the Roy Griak Invitational, finishing the 8k course in 24:49.2
• Came in 115th at the Wisconsin adidas Open on Oct. 14, running the 8k course in 24:53.8
•Finished 16th at the ACC Championships, running the 8k course at at the Musser Fruit Research Center at Clemson, S.C., in a time of 23:56.9
•Ran 36th at the NCAA Southeast Regional, completing the 10k course in a time of 31:09.6
•Competed at the NCAA Championships, finishing 246th

2011 Outdoor Track
• Lowered his best time in the 1,500m to 3:48.45 during the outdoor season
• Qualified for the NCAA East prelims in the 3,000m steeplechase
• Ran a collegiate-best time of 8:52.58 in the steeplechase

2010-11 Indoor Track
• Ran a collegiate-best time of 4:15.55 for the mile during the indoor season

•Finished second at the Wolfpack Invitational in a time of 15:11
•Placed 24th at the Roy Griak Invitational, covering the 8k course in a time of 24:53
• Finished 39th at the ACC Championships

•Lined up for the Wolfpack at the NCAA Southeast Regional, finishing 73rd and running a time of 32:35 for 10k

2010 Outdoor Track
• Competed in the 1,500m run and the steeplechase during the outdoor season
• Best time in the 1,500m was 3:55.52
• Best mark in the steeplechase was 9:20.61

•Was voted 2007 conference runner of the year

•Earned academic all-state honors three times in cross country and twice in track
