    Cross Country Sweeps Adidas Invitational

    Pack dominates top-10 in both races

    2012 Cross Country
    • Made three appearances for the Wolfpack on the season
    • Finished 57th overall (25:27.2) at the ACC Championships in Blacksburg, Va.
    • Recorded a 17th place finish (25:06.83) at the Blue Ridge Open (8K)
    • Posted a 13th place performance (15:28.2) in his season debut at the Adidas Invitational (5K)

    2012 Outdoor Track
    • Redshirted
    • Ran a season-best time of 1:51.85 in the 800m at the Raleigh Relays, running unattached

    2011-12 Indoor Track
    • Won an ACC Championship as part of the distance medley relay that took home the gold in a school record time of 9:40.05
    • Ran a collegiate-best time of 1:52.87 in the 800m

    2011 Cross Country
    •Redshirted the season
    •Competed unattached Sept. 16 at the adidas Cross Country Challenge and came in 21st
    •Finished 15th while running unattached at the Tribe Open on Oct. 15, running the 8k course in 26:31
    •Placed 14th at the Three Stripe Red Shirt Invitational

    •Ran cross country and track at Woodridge High School for coach Jeff Howard

    •Earned All-Ohio honors in cross country as a junior and senior
    
• Was state runner-up in cross country as a sophomore in 2009, and district and regional champion as a senior in 2010

    •Won a pair of state championships in the 4x800-meter relay in track and field

    •Was state runner-up in the 800 meters as a senior
    
• Was a member of four state cross country championships at Woodridge, which also produced current NC State runners Brian Himelright and Erin Mercer, and former Wolfpack All-Americans Bob Henes and Katie Sabino
