AUCTION/RAFFLE REQUEST

To request tickets for an NC State athletic event to be used for a charitable Auction/Raffle/Fundraiser, please fill out the form below.

**Requests must be made at least 4 weeks in advance or we cannot guarantee you will receive your tickets in time for your event.**

Note: There is a $1 shipping and handling fee associated with ticket donations.

**Payment must be made once you receive notification from NC State that your request has been approved. All checks should be made out to NC State Athletics and mailed or delivered to:

Note: We receive many requests for tickets and they are distributed on a first come first served basis. Priority is given to those organizations that include all the required information. Any missing information will result in your request being delayed and possibly not fulfilled if there are no more tickets available by the time all necessary information is received.

13.15.1 Prohibited Expenses. An institution or a representative of its athletics interests shall not offer, provide or arrange financial assistance, directly or indirectly, to pay (in whole or in part) the costs of the prospect's educational or other expenses for any period prior to his or her enrollment or so the prospect can obtain a postgraduate education.
