    NC State vs. Vanderbilt

    NC State defeats Vanderbilt to advance to the NCAA Super Regional.

    As a junior (2012)
    • Went 5-2 with a 5.09 ERA in 53.0 innings, striking out 49
    • Made three appearances against Vanderbilt in the Raleigh Regional, winning two. In those two wins, Wilkins went a combined 6 2/3 shutout innings, striking out eight
    • Went 5 1/3 innings in the deciding game of the Super Regional, holding Florida to three earned on eight hits to help the Pack force extra innings
    • Utilized primarily as a middle reliever for short stints, but pitched a career-long 4 2/3 in Monday's win over Vanderbilt, and followed with 5 1/3 in Gainesville in his next appearance
    • Took a loss in his first appearance of the season, pitching the final two innings against Wright State, giving up one run on three hits while striking out a pair
    • Evened his record at 1-1 with five innings against George Mason, allowing one earned run on two hits, striking out four
    • Received the save in the Pack's dominating win over UNC-Asheville, striking out four, giving up one earned run on four hits
    • Came on in relief against Georgia Tech, pitching four innings and giving up nine earned runs in the Pack's only loss of the series
    • Made his first career start against ECU, going four innings, striking out four and allowing four earned runs on five hits and one walk for a no decision
    • Picked up the win in ECU's return trip to Raleigh, throwing the final 1 1/3, striking out two and holding the Pirates hitless
    • Threw 1/3 of an inning in Sunday's victory over Virginia, allowing one hit
    • Made two appearances in the Maryland series, going one scoreless inning on Friday, then pitching 1 1/3 on Sunday, allowing one hit and intentionally walking three batters
    • Went 1/3 of an inning against Elon, giving up one hit and walking one
    • Pitched 2 2/3 innings as the first reliever in the Pack's 12-inning Friday loss at Clemson, giving up two runs, both earned on two hits and three walks with four strikeouts
    • Threw one inning against Campbell, surrendering three earned runs on two hits and two walks
    • Worked two innings in the Pack's win over Charlotte, giving up one earned on four hits with three strikeouts
