    • Led the nation at 57-for-61 on stolen base attempts, stole 29 consecutive without being caught to open the season
    • Started all 63 games at third base, hitting .336 to finish 10th in the ACC, adding 13 doubles, five homers, and 43 RBIs
    • Consensus Freshman All-America (NCBWA, Collegiate Baseball, Baseball America), ACC All-Tournament, and All-Regional
    • Finished the season with a .432 OBP, good for seventh in the ACC. Sixth in the nation with 72 runs, tied the NC State freshman record (Tom Sergio in 1994)
    • Scored at least one run in 25 of the Pack's final 29 games
    • Turner's stolen base total would have been tied for 133rd amongst TEAMS, meaning he stole more bases than over half of the teams in Division I baseball

    • Went 9-for-15 with five runs and four RBIs over the series with Boston College, highlighted by a career-best 5-for-5, three run, two RBI effort in game two of Saturday's doubleheader
    • Hit a home run on the first pitch of the Wolfpack's ACC Tournament game against Wake Forest, his second lead-off homer of the year
