DURHAM, N.C. - NC State baseball fell 11-10 in walk-off fashion to drop Sunday's finale against Duke at Durham Bulls Athletic Park.

The Pack (20-15, 6-12 ACC) built a 10-4 lead by the middle of the eighth, but Duke (20-17, 9-9) roared back with seven runs in the eighth and ninth to claim the win.

Trea Turner tied career-highs for walks (3 vs. Davidson, 4/23/13) and runs (4 vs. Wagner-2, 2/23/13) while going 1-for-1 with two RBIs and two stolen bases. His second steal of the afternoon came in the eighth, when Turner swiped third on a throw back to the mound from Duke's catcher. That stolen base gave him 100 for his career to become the first player in NC State baseball history to hit the century mark, and seventh in ACC history. Georgia Tech's Ty Griffin holds the ACC career record with 127, set 1986-88.

Logan Ratledge continued to rake, going 3-for-4 including a two-run homer in State's four-run seventh. Ratledge made the switch to stirrups on his uniform pants Friday night, and he's gone 5-for-10 with a homer, six RBIs, a double, and two walks since rolling his pants up.

D.J. Thomas (2-1) ended up with the loss on two unearned runs on two batters faced. Patrick Peterson started and worked five, holding Duke to two runs, one earned, with four strikeouts.

Andrew Knizner went 3-for-5 with three RBIs, a double, and two runs. Brett Austin went 2-for-5 with a run, an RBI, and his eighth double of the season. Bubby Riley and Jake Fincher each scored once with a single.

NC State leapt out to a 2-0 lead in the top first. Turner led off with a walk and took second on a wild pitch. Knizner and Ratledge smashed back-to-back RBI doubles to plate the game's first two runs. Duke answered with a single run in the bottom half.

State expanded that lead to 4-1 with runs in the third and fourth. Turner walked to start the third inning rally, and advanced to second by tagging on a foul out down the left field line. Ratledge's two-out RBI single scored him. Turner drove in the run in the fourth with a sac fly, scoring RIley from third after he legged out an infield single to reach.

After Duke closed the gap to 4-3, the Wolfpack responded with a four-run seventh. Turner walked, then stole second and advanced to third after a pickoff throw behind him and an errant relay throw to second from first. Austin kicked off a run of three hits in a row with an RBI double to right to score Turner. Knizner singled to center to score Austin. Ratledge finished the rally with his two-run bomb to left.

Leading 8-4, State tacked on two more in the eighth. Turner drilled an RBI single through the right side to score Fincher from second after he reached on a fielder's choice and stole second. Turner stole third with two away to set up Knizner's RBI single up the middle.

Duke narrowed the margin to 10-9 with five runs in the eighth on a pair of homers to left, before Beckman ended the threat with back-to-back strikeouts and a picked off runner.

The Blue Devils produced the game-winning run in the ninth after a leadoff walk. Mark Lumpa dropped down a bunt to move the runner to second, but an errant throw to first scored the tying run and moved Lumpa to third. After a pair of intentional walks to load the bases, Aaron Cohn delivered the game-winning hit on an RBI single to left.
