NC State baseball has sold out of season tickets for the 2014 season after reaching 1,750 packages sold through Friday, January 3. Requests for a waiting list are now being taken by the ticket office.
The Wolfpack has experienced a dynamic growth in sales over the last four years, spurred on by NC State’s 2013 trip to the College World Series. From 2009-12, the Pack averaged just over 500 season tickets sold.
Following a run to the Gainesville Super Regional in 2012, NC State sold 1,100 season ticket packages for the 2013 season. However, only 269 of those had sold by this time last year. By the season ticket order deadline in 2013, the Pack had sold 720.
In 2013, the Pack destroyed single-season attendance records for both total fans (62,170) and average crowd (1,884). The 2013 Wolfpack hosted on average, 500 fans per game more than any other squad in program history.
