Coach O'Brien and a few players visited the Levine Children's Hospital, while the coaching staff's spouses went to St. Patrick's Cathedral

In 2010: Backup at middle linebacker, he saw action in all 13 games ... In for 71 snaps from scrimmage, 183 on special teams and ranked fourth on the team in special teams tackles ... In for a season-high 20 plays against Western Carolina ... Tallied five tackles in the win over Cincinnati, including a six yard sack.

In 2009: Started the Maryland and Clemson games at middle linebacker, he saw action in all 12 contests ... In for a season-high 58 snaps at Virginia Tech, his 14 tackles in that contests was the highest tally for a Pack
defender all season ... Played 51 snaps in the win over Maryland, tallying eight tackles including one for loss.

In 2008: Played in a dozen contests as a freshman, he was one of just five true freshmen to see action in 2008 ... In for a season-high 21 snaps in the South Florida game ... Made seven of his 14 tackles in the last two games of the season, including a high of four in the Papajohns.com Bowl.

Prep: Team captain and team MVP for coach Reggie Kennedy at Orangeburg Wilkinson Senior HS ... Tallied 161 tackles and five sacks during his senior campaign ... Rivals.com ranked him the No. 20 inside linebacker in the nation and the No. 13 player in South Carolina ...
