    Overview: Only returning four-year starter on the offense, he started eight games as a freshman before suffering an injury, 10 games as a sophomore and a dozen games last season.

    In 2011: Suffered a foot injury after just nine snaps in the win over North Carolina and did not start the next week at Boston College ... Played with the injury for the remainder of the year and had surgery following the season ... Missing at least part of 2012 spring drills ... In for 823 snaps for the season while playing left tackle.

    In 2010: Came back from injury to start the last 10 games of the season at offensive tackle after spending his freshman campaign at guard ... Posted the highest grade among the starters on the offensive line in eight of the 11 games in which he played ... Saw action for the first time in the win over Cincinnati, then was back in the starting lineup the next week in the win at Georgia Tech, he played 81 snaps in that contest ... In for an incredible 100 gradeable snaps at Maryland.

    In 2009: Was the youngest player to start on the offensive line for NC State since 2003 ... Earned the nod at right guard prior to the season opener and started the first eight games before suffering a torn ACL just five plays into the Florida State contest ... Played 413 snaps for the season.
