Carter-Finley Stadium Information

RALEIGH, N.C. - All fans attending games at Carter-Finley Stadium should be aware of the following policies and procedures regarding the stadium. These should answer many of the more common questions that fans may have regarding game days at Carter-Finley.
Venue Entrance Information
Parking: All parking gates open 3 hours before the kick-off. Edwards Mill Extension Entrance-Gate E will open at 7 am for all patrons and event staff/vendors with the appropriate parking passes.
The field house ramp and Gate 1 are open at 7 am for those with the appropriate credentials.
Stadium Entrance: All other stadium entrance gates are opened 1 hour before kick-off.
Box Office Phone Information Before Day Of Game: Prior to game day call the NC State athletics ticket office at (919) 515-2106.
Box Office Hours: Day of game ticket sales are located at the Carter-Finley Stadium ticket office at Gate 8. Opens 1-1/2 hours prior to event.
Children two and under are permitted into Carter-Finley Stadium without a ticket, but are required to sit in their parent/guardian's lap.
All will-call and relocate questions should be directed to the Carter-Finley Stadium ticket office located at Gate 8. All events are cash only on the day of the enent or show.
Gate Information: Accessible entrances are located at gates 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, and 9

First Aid Stations: Gates 3 & 9
Lost and Found: Campus Police command center at gate 4 on game day. After game day call 515-3000 (NC State Campus Police Station).
Visitors' Will Call: Gate 6B
Visiting Team Players' Guest: Gate 6B
Ticket Office: Gate 8
General Will Call: In the ticket office at gate 8
Chancellor's Guests: Gate 10A

Assisted Listening Devices: Available at gates 3 & 9
Game Day Information Station: Carter-Finley Stadium information will be located at a customer-service station behind sections 212/213/214.
Parking: All parking inside Carter-Finley Stadium is reserved and is accessed by parking pass only. General public parking (including RVs) is located in The Vet School fields, Bunn Field, Trinity Farms, Frank Weedon Drive, West Chase, Cardinal Gibbons School, and the NC State Fairgrounds Lots.
For handicapped parking, enter at gate B and park in the areas identified by the parking staff. Available parking is on a first-come, first-served basis.
For non-reserved RV parking information, please contact the NC State Fairgrounds at 821-7400. All buses should enter gates B or F and will be located to the closest available bus parking area.
Towed Cars: Illegally parked cars are towed at the owner's expense to the gate D entrance of Carter-Finley Stadium. If you need assistance, contact the nearest parking attendant, call parking assistance at 749-1405 or contact Campus Police at (919) 515-3333.
Game Day Information
Food, drink containers, bottles, artificial noise makers, cans, thermos bottles, ice bags, ice chests, strollers, video cameras, large flags, banner or signs, weapons or any object deemed HAZARDOUS by stadium management personnel will not be allowed in the stadium.
Game Management personnel are allowed to inspect patrons entering the stadium for the purpose of fan safety. All purses, backpacks or other bags must fit within the assigned seating area for each patron. Game Management personnel reserve the right to inspect all bags. Upon the recommendation of the NCAA and the International Association of Assembly Managers, law enforcement officials will be prohibiting backpacks, fanny packs, oversize purses, coolers, etc. from being carried into Carter-Finley Stadium.
The consumption of alcoholic beverages inside the stadium is prohibited.
The throwing of any objects in the stands or onto the field is prohibited.
The use of umbrellas inside the stadium is prohibited, though they will be admitted.
Hand-held cameras will be permitted in the stadium. However, video cameras are not allowed.
Patrons in violation of stadium policies are subject to removal from the stadium, arrest and prosecution under the applicable laws and statutes, and could forfeit the right to season-ticket privileges.
ATM An ATM is located at gate 2 and gate 9.
Smoking: In an continuing effort to meet the diverse needs of all of our guests, and in accordance with North Carolina state law, the seating area at Carter-Finley Stadium has been designated a non-smoking area; smoking will be permitted on the concourse areas only. Thank you for your understanding and your continued support of Wolfpack Athletics.
Pass-Outs: Pass-outs are permitted at gates 2 and 3 on the west and gates 8 and 9 on the east sides of the stadium. Re-admittance will be with both an authorized ticket and pass-out stub.
Rest Rooms: Women's rest rooms are located behind sections 2, 8, 18 and 215. Men's rest rooms are behind sections 7, 23 and 213.
First-Aid Stations: First-aid stations are located behind sections 4 and 5 on the east sie of the stadium, and behind sections 20 and 21 on the west side.
Lost and Found: Please refer all lost articles and children to a Campus Police officer. A Campus Police command center van will be located inside the stadium at gate 4. After the game, Campus Police can be contacted at 515-3000.

Concessions: Please direct all questions regarding concessions to Jimmy Helfert at 868-8160.
Chair Backs All chair-back questions should be directed to the Carter-Finley Stadium ticket office at gate 8 on game day.
Emergency Information: If a situation arises that requires evacuation of Carter-Finley Stadium, we request your cooperation and assistance to exit the stadium in an orderly manner. Once an evacuation announcement has been given, please proceed to the nearest stairway or exit. In the case of an adverse weather situation please seek immediate shelter.
Outside the stadium follow the directions of the event staff and do not attempt to re-enter the stadium. Please listen to WPTF 680 AM for further game information
