NC State hosted the first round of the Wolfpack Spring Open on April 20, 2013 at Lonnie Poole Golf Club
2013-14: Played in five tournaments and 13 rounds throughout the season ... Averaged 75.9 strokes per 18 holes ... Recorded one top 10 and two top 20 finishes during the season ... His best round of the season was a 70, which was achieved at the Tar Heel Intercollegiate in September ... Earned the best finish of his career at the Wolfpack Spring Open, tying for eighth with a one-over par 73 ... Three of his seven rounds (42.8 percent) counted towards the team's scores throughout the season.
2012-13: Finished first year with NC State with a 76.7 scoring average ... Was in the starting lineup in four events ... Best finish was a T13 at the Wolfpack Intercollegiate at 2-over 218 ... Also finished T17 at the Palmetto Intercollegiate at 8-over 218 ... His opening round 2-under 68 at the Palmetto was his low number of the season ... Also had a 3-under 69 during the Wolfpack Intercollegiate.
Prep: Considered the top junior golfer in the state of North Carolina, and consistently ranked among the top-20 nationally in his class by both the American Junior Golf Association and Junior Golf Scoreboard ... Won the 2011 North & South Junior championship at Pinehurst ... Won the 2010 AJGA AccuSport Championship ... Two-time high school state champion in 2009 and 2010 ... Finished second in 2011 and tied for third in 2012 ... Selected for the prestigious Wyndham Cup, a national East-versus-West team match play competition featuring 10 of the top boys from East and West of the Mississippi River ... Tied for 12th (1-over 214) at the 2012 North & South Men's Amateur, but lost in a playoff to advance to match play.
