2013 Regional Fields
INDIANAPOLIS - The NC State men's golf team will make its 39th appearance in NCAA postseason play after being selected Monday night as the No. 7 seed at the Tallahassee Regional that will be conducted May 16-18 at Golden Eagle Golf & Country Club.
NC State earns its 21st trip to the NCAA Regionals since the format was changed back in 1989. That stretch includes 14 appearances in the last 16 years, all under the direction of head coach Richard Sykes.
The NCAA Division I Men's Golf Regional is a preliminary round of the NCAA Division I Men's Championship. The Tallahassee Regional will consist of a 54-hole tournament with 13 teams and 10 individual players. The low five teams and low individual not included on those five teams will advance to the NCAA Championship that runs May 28-June 2 at Capital City Club Crabapple Course in Atlanta, Ga.
