Pack Pro Tim Clark to Compete at 2014 PGA Championship

RALEIGH – Following the second PGA Tour victory of his career at the 2014 RBC Canadian Open in late July, former NC State golfer Tim Clark enters the tournament field at the 2014 PGA Championship on Thursday afternoon.
Clark, a native of Durban, South Africa, will tee off at Valhalla Golf Club (Louisville, Ky.) at 2:25 p.m. He is grouped with Kevin Na (United States) and Paul Casey (England).
Currently sitting 27th in the FedEx Cup standings with 1,339 points, Clark earned $1,026,000 in prize money for winning the recent RBC Canadian Open. He has now accumulated more than $22 million in earnings throughout his impressive career.
Clark’s best result at the PGA Championship came in 2003, when he finished third at Oak Hill Country Club in Rochester, N.Y.
