    Pack Hosts College Training Center March 1-2

    NC State's men's soccer staff will host a college training center at the Wolfpack Training Complex March 1-2, spaces are limited for this event

    Wolfpack Hosts College Training Center December 14-15

    NC State head coach Kelly Findley and his staff will host a College Training Center for high school age boys and above, December 14-15

    Steven Cox enters his third season as an assistant coach with the Wolfpack, serving as the goalkeepers coach. Cox came to NC State from Butler where he served on head coach Kelly Findley's staff for two seasons.

    In his final season with the Bulldogs in 2010, Butler finished the regular season ranked No. 5 nationally and set a school record with 16 wins.

    Cox spent two seasons as an assistant coach at Butler. He was named to Coach Findley's staff in July of 2009, and handled the technical and tactical training of Butler's goalkeepers.

    Cox boasts an extensive background in coaching, both on the collegiate and club levels. He is the founder and director of USA Goalkeeper Academy, and he served as the Director of Coaching for Noblesville United Soccer Club. He also served as the Indiana Boys `95 ODP Head State Coach. Cox further was assigned as the Indiana ODP Goalkeeping Coach in the fall of 2008, and he previously served as an assistant coach for the `93 Indiana ODP boys state team. Cox also served as men's assistant coach at Trinity International University in Deerfield, Ill.

    A four-year starter and two-year captain on the men's soccer team at Houghton College, Cox earned NAIA honorable mention All-America recognition as a senior. He played in the Premier Development League with the Chicago Eagles, and the Toronto, Canada, native was a member of the U-17 and U-20 Canadian National Team programs. He currently holds a USSF "B" license.
