Men's Tennis Pulls Out Dramatic 4-3 Win Over Clemson

Seniors Jaime Pulgar and Julian Sullivan come back after dropping their first sets to help the No. 42 Wolfpack win its 19th match in its regular-season finale. The Pack heads into the ACC Championships in Cary, N.C., with a 19-8 overall mark and a 5-6 ACC mark. The five ACC wins ties for the second most in school history.

Men's Tennis Scores Comeback Win Over Georgia Tech, 4-3

Seniors Jaime Pulgar and Dominic Hodgson come back after losing their first sets against ranked opponents to win and freshmen Austin Powell and Robbie Mudge take their matches against the Yellow Jackets. The Wolfpack plays its final home match of the season on Sunday at noon against Clemson. Admission is free for all spectators.

Men's Tennis Hosts Final Two Home Matches

The No. 42 Wolfpack will host Georgia Tech on Friday at 3 p.m. and Clemson on Sunday at noon. Prior to Sunday's match, the Pack will honor five players who are competiting in the final home match of their careers: Akash Gujarati, Dominic Hodgson, Jaime Pulgar, Will Rollinson and Julian Sullivan.

No. 21 Men's Tennis Takes 4-3 Win Over Binghamton

Junior Rafael Paez wins decisive match at No. 3 singles for the Wolfpack, which improved to 13-2 overall in winning its first match at the new Curtis and Jacqueline Daile Outdoor Tennis Stadium. It was the first of two matches on the day for the Pack, which hosted Campbell at 5 p.m.

2011 Fall Results

Competed in two fall tournaments, the Elon Fall Invitational and the Southern Intercollegiate Championships in Athens, Ga.
Won two singles matches in the Division III singles consolation draw at the Southern Intercollegiate Championships after a first-round loss.
Paired with Mauricio Antun of Virginia Tech in a blind draw, won three doubles matches before falling in the Division II quarterfinals.

2010-11 Results

Did not compete in singles during the spring.
Played in two doubles matches.
Compiled a record of 3-4 in singles during the fall.

2009-10 Results

Took down Dexter McDowell of Norfolk State in straight sets, 6-0, 6-1.
Partnered with David Chermak to beat No. 3 doubles teams from Norfolk State and UNC Asheville.
Ended the fall at 2-5 in singles and 1-2 in doubles play.

Redshirted the season.

Four-time letterwinner in high school and served as team captain his senior year.
Helped his team to a 95-5 record the four years he was in high school.
Won the NCHSAA 2-A singles championships in 2006, 2007, and 2008.
Named conference player of the year for mid-state 2A in 2007 and 2008.
Was the tournament MVP for 2008 state championship.
Also named a Raleigh Sports Club player of the week and a Gatorade high school player of the week in 2008.
The News & Observer named him the player of the year for 2008.
Was all-conference in 2005-08 and all-state in 2006-08.
