After winning the doubles point, the No. 38 Wolfpack loses four singles matches to No. 28 Washington. The Pack ends with a 20-10 overall record.
Seniors Jaime Pulgar and Julian Sullivan come back after dropping their first sets to help the No. 42 Wolfpack win its 19th match in its regular-season finale. The Pack heads into the ACC Championships in Cary, N.C., with a 19-8 overall mark and a 5-6 ACC mark. The five ACC wins ties for the second most in school history.
Seniors Jaime Pulgar and Dominic Hodgson come back after losing their first sets against ranked opponents to win and freshmen Austin Powell and Robbie Mudge take their matches against the Yellow Jackets. The Wolfpack plays its final home match of the season on Sunday at noon against Clemson. Admission is free for all spectators.
The No. 42 Wolfpack will host Georgia Tech on Friday at 3 p.m. and Clemson on Sunday at noon. Prior to Sunday's match, the Pack will honor five players who are competiting in the final home match of their careers: Akash Gujarati, Dominic Hodgson, Jaime Pulgar, Will Rollinson and Julian Sullivan.
Junior Rafael Paez wins decisive match at No. 3 singles for the Wolfpack, which improved to 13-2 overall in winning its first match at the new Curtis and Jacqueline Daile Outdoor Tennis Stadium. It was the first of two matches on the day for the Pack, which hosted Campbell at 5 p.m.
