    ATLANTA, Ga. -

    No. 54 NC State fell at No. 21 Georgia Tech by a 7-0 margin on Friday, March 25. The loss sends the Wolfpack to 8-7 (0-3 ACC) on the year, while the Yellow Jackets climb to 11-2 (2-1 ACC).

    Georgia Tech earned the doubles tally before sweeping through singles.

    Dominic Hodgson forced a first-set tiebreaker against No. 14 Guillermo Gomez, 7-6 (7-2), 7-5, and Ivan Sanchez Gomez took the opening set from Magin Ortiga but ultimately fell, 4-6, 7-5, 1-0 (11-9).

    NC State will return to play on Sunday, March 27, with a noon bout at Clemson.
