    No. 48 Men's Tennis to Host UNC in ACC Opener

    RALEIGH, N.C. - The NC State men's tennis team, ranked No. 48 in the latest Intercollegiate Tennis Association team poll, will take on No. 22 North Carolina in Raleigh on Friday at 2 p.m. at Pullen Park. The match will mark the start of ACC play for both teams.

    All outdoor matches this season will be played at Pullen Park due to construction of the new Curtis & Jacqueline Dail Outdoor Tennis Stadium.

    Free parking will be available in the Coliseum Deck on campus, located across the street from Pullen Park near Reynolds Coliseum. Event parking signs will be in place to direct spectators.

    The Wolfpack (8-4) returns to action after downing College of Charleston on the road last Friday, 6-1. NC State moved up seven spots this week in the latest ITA team poll to No. 48.

    UNC (5-4) stands at No. 22 nationally, boasting two players ranked in singles action and three ranked doubles combos.
