    Wrestling to Host Wolfpack Open Sunday Pack will be in action at Reynolds all day on Sunday

    Raleigh, N.C. - The NC State wrestling team will be at home this weekend, hosting the NC State Wolfpack Open on Sunday, Nov. 11, at Reynolds Coliseum. Matches will begin at 9 a.m.

    The Wolfpack Open should feature most of the top college wrestling programs in the Southeast, with perhaps as many as 250-300 wrestlers competing in the 10 weight classifications

    Thus far, a total of 15 teams will be represented including ACC foes Duke, North Carolina, Maryland, Virginia, and Virginia Tech.

    The Pack opened its season last weekend at the Hokie Invite, sending a pair of wreslters as well as five other wrestlers who were unattached.

    Transfer Nick Gwiazdowski wrestled unattached, and won the 285-pound bracket. Redshirt sophomore Steve Ramos (174) and freshman Mike Kosoy (285) both went 2-2 in NC State singlets.
