Davis Elevated to Director of Scouting and Video Operations

Nashville native enters second season with staff in 2014-15

Jonathan Davis joined the NC State athletic department in October of 2013 as the NC State women's basketball team's Video Coordinator. In October of 2014, he was elevated to his current position of Director of Scouting and Video Operations. The 2015-16 season will be his third with the Wolfpack.

Prior to his arrival at NC State, Davis completed his fifth season on the sidelines for the Belmont women's basketball program. He served as an assistant coach responsible for a wide-ranging array of duties. In addition to his roles in player development and recruiting, Davis coordinated team travel and oversaw the team's budget. He also served as the program's summer camp director.

Davis joined the Belmont women's basketball program following an extended stint with Belmont's men's basketball program as an undergraduate, postgraduate, and volunteer assistant. He served six seasons in a variety of operations-related capacities for the Bruins - including three consecutive seasons in which the team won the Atlantic Sun conference tournament and earned a berth inthe NCAA tournament. During his time with the men's program, the Bruins produced four 20-win seasons and an overall record of 120-67.
