    RALEIGH, N.C. – For the third straight week, the NC State women’s basketball team (16-3, 3-2 Atlantic Coast Conference) remains among the top 25 teams in the country. In the latest edition of the Associated Press top-25 poll, NC State was ranked No. 23 in the country with 161 votes on Monday.

    Monday’s ranking marks the 329th week in program history during which the team has been ranked in the AP poll.

    The Wolfpack recently completed a 1-1 week in ACC play, handily defeating No. 17 Florida State (80-57) on Jan. 16 before falling on the road at Miami (80-71) on Jan. 19.

    NC State will next be in action at home on Thursday, Jan. 23 vs. Boston College. The Wolfpack and Eagles will tip off from Reynolds Coliseum at 7 p.m.
