    RALEIGH, N.C. – For the third straight week, the NC State women’s basketball team (16-3, 3-2 Atlantic Coast Conference) remains ranked in the USA Today top-25 poll. In the latest edition of the poll released on Tuesday afternoon, NC State was ranked No. 24 in the country with 89 votes.   

    This news comes one day after State remained in the top 25 of the Associated Press poll at No. 23.

    The Wolfpack recently completed a 1-1 week in ACC play, handily defeating then No. 17 Florida State (80-57) on Jan. 16 before falling on the road at Miami (80-71) on Jan. 19.

    NC State will next be in action at home on Thursday, Jan. 23 vs. Boston College. The Wolfpack and Eagles will tip off from Reynolds Coliseum at 7 p.m.
