The NC State women's golf team is well represented this week at the Canadian Women's Amateur Championship at Beloeil Golf Club in Quebec.

Canadians Augusta James, Brittany Marchand and Vivian Tsui are among six Wolfpackers in the field. Americans Caroline Ellington and Lindsay McGetrick and Mexico's Ana Menendez are competing as well.

James and Marchand are members of Team Canada's Women's National Squad.

The championship will be conducted Tuesday, July 23 through Friday, July 26 with 18 holes of stroke play each day. The field will be reduced to the low 70 players and ties after 36 holes.

The champion earns exemptions into the CN Canadian Women's Open and U.S. Women's Amateur.
