    James and Canadian Team Tied For Second At World Am. Team Championships

    ANTALYA, TURKEY - With two-rounds in the books at the World Amateur Team Championships, NC State golfer Augusta James and her Canadian team is tied for second at 3-under par, 285. The event is being held at the par-72 courses of the Gloria Golf Club Antalya, Turkey.

    James' squad is tied with Australia, Germany, Japan and New Zealand.

    The Wolfpack sophomore shot a 1-under, 71 for her second round to finish the day tied for 29th on the leaderboard with a two-day total of one-over par, 145. James had four birdies on the day, but was hampered by three bogeys over her final nine holes.  

    James' teammate Brooke Henderson is at 2-under par after shooting back-to-back 71's and is tied for eighth overall. Jennifer Kirby was two over on Friday's round after recording a 74. For the tournament, the University of Alabama senior is two-over after shooting even par in the first round. Kirby is currently in tied for 35th.
