NC State Women's Golf Ranked In Two Polls

Raleigh, N.C. - The NC State women's golf team has been recognized by Golfstat, as No. 24 in the nation, based upon scoring and head-to-head competition with other ranked teams in its most recent poll. The Wolfpack has posted three solid fall performances this season after competing against many of the nation's other top performing programs.
NC State is ranked No. 30 in the Golfweek/Sagarin performance index this week, and is also noted as having the 15th toughest schedule in Division I play. The Wolfpack has faced a plethora of top teams including current No. 1/1 Arizona and the defending national champion, No. 5/5 Duke. Including multiple tournament meetings by teams, NC State has faced 19 top-25 programs in just three outings this fall.
The Wolfpack will take a break from tournament play until Oct. 25, when it heads to Greenville, S.C. for the Lady Paladin.
