The Wolfpack will look to extend its home winning streak to four straight after playing the last three games on the road. The Terriers enter the match with a 3-5-1 record in 2012.
Nine different players have scored at least one goal for the Wolfpack in 2012, which is one more than the entire team contributed in 2011.
Red-shirt sophomore Jennie Krauser has made the most of her three goals this season. Two of her markers have been game winners for the Wolfpack, tying her with a host of players for the fifth most in the ACC.
Sophomore defender Shelli Spamer continues to rank among the top assist leaders in the conference. Her five helpers on the year ties her for third among all ACC players.
The Terriers have lost their last three games by identical 1-0 scores, including at No. 5 Stanford and at Santa Clara on Sept. 7 and 9, respectively.
NC State jumps right back into ACC play the following Thursday against Miami at 7 p.m., and that match will be televised on ESPN3.
