    NC State plays its first of three consecutive road matches to end the regular season on Sunday at Duke beginning at 6 p.m., in Durham.

    With just three games left, NC State is in need of at least two wins and a tie to qualify for the ACC Tournament. The top-8 teams in the standings will play in Cary at WakeMed Soccer Park on Nov. 3, 5 and 7.

    Freshman Jennie Krauser scored last Sunday to tie her for the club lead with five goals and 14 total points, joining junior Kristina Argiroff. Junior Tanya Cain has compiled 12 points with four goals and four assists.

    Goalie Kim Kern has started all 16 matches and owns a 1.20 goals-against-average. She has made 70 saves with a .795 save percentage and has posted four shutouts in her junior campaign.

    Scouting Duke

    With only two regular season matches remaining, Duke has moved into seventh place in the ACC with 10 points. Duke picked up its biggest victory of the season on Thursday evening with a 3-0 win over Boston College. The Blue Devils netted two goals in less than two minutes by Laura Weinberg in the first half, while senior Molly Lester added a late goal.

    NC State and Duke will meet for the 27th time in school history. NC State has a 5-5-1 record on the road at Duke.
