No. 20 UMass Tops Softball, 1-0
MIAMI, Fla. – A Katie Bettencourt solo jack was the difference as NC State softball dropped a close 1-0 tilt to No. 20 UMass at the FIU Combat Classic on Sunday, Feb. 14. The game was resumed in the bottom of the fourth inning after being halted on Friday night due to torrential downpour.

Lauren Peters had two hits for the Pack, while Alyssa Ishibashi, Stephanie Call and Breanna Andrew supplied singles of their own.
