    The Wolfpack will square off against Clemson on Friday in a match between two teams tied for fourth place in the ACC standings and then travel to Atlanta on Saturday to face sixth-place Georgia Tech.

    Pack Volleyball Loses to No. 23 Miami in 4 Sets

    The 23rd-ranked Hurricanes outhit the Wolfpack .286 to .146 in the match, to take a 3-1 victory at Reynolds Coliseum. The Wolfpack plays three of its final five matches on the road, beginning with a trip to Clemson on Friday and Georgia Tech on Saturday.

    Wolfpack Volleyball Hosts Ranked ACC Foes Florida State, Miami

    The No. 11 Seminoles visit Reynolds Coliseum on Friday at 7 p.m., followed by No. 23 Miami on Sunday at 1 p.m. Admission is free for all spectators and both matches will be broadcast on ESPN3.

    Volleyball 2012: A Closer Look

    The NC State volleyball team begins practice on Aug. 7 and is looking to improve on last year's breakthrough 20-13 season. Here's a closer look at this year's squad.

    2011 season

    • Saw action in one set during her inaugural collegiate campaign.
    • Had one block in a 3-0 victory over the Citadel.

    • Led Providence to a 27-5 overall record and a 2010 NCHSAA 4A runner-up finish.
