Volleyball Announces Home Match Broadcast Schedule

RALEIGH, N.C. – All 16 of the Wolfpack volleyball team’s 2013 home matches will be broadcast live on various outlets. Four home competitions will be shown on ESPN3.
The squad’s first match to appear on ESPN3/Watch ESPN will be the contest against Wisconsin on Friday, Sept. 20, in the first of two tournaments that NC State will host. The remaining three matches to be broadcast are against conference opponents.
On Nov. 7, the Wolfpack will host the Clemson Tigers in a 7 p.m. contest and return to the court on Saturday, Nov. 9 to take on the Yellow Jackets of Georgia Tech at 5 p.m. The final home match to appear on the network will be senior night on Nov. 20 against the North Carolina Tar Heels at 7 p.m.
In addition to the matches on ESPN3/Watch ESPN, all other home matches will be streamed live on GoPack All-Access, free of charge.
State opens the season by participating in a tournament at Canisius College where Bryan Bunn’s squad will take on the host Griffs in the opener Friday, Aug. 30 at 4 p.m. The Pack returns nine letter winners from last season’s team that advanced to the NCAA Tournament and finished tied for fourth in the ACC. It also welcomes six newcomers.
